Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all MURIS BRAND tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our quality team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
